3. Player Eligibility

4. Account Registration and Security

The maintenance of more than one Account per Player — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to those Accounts.

cb1971 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure in line with international best practice. At any stage during the Account lifecycle — and in particular before processing a withdrawal request — cb1971 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the previous three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

Do not submit multiple deposit attempts in respect of a single intended transaction, as duplicate charges may result.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause 6 and in Clause 4.3 (Identity Verification). Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on standard processing days. Processing times may be extended during Bangladeshi public holidays including Eid and Victory Day.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and the game contribution weightings (i.e., the percentage by which each game type contributes toward clearing the requirement) are specified in the individual promotion terms. 14. Dispute Resolution
